1. Service-Based Policy

As we offer time-based or session-based services, refunds are limited to the following conditions:

  • Full Refund:
    If you cancel before any session or service has been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund:
    If only part of your service (such as a single session in a package) has been used, you may receive a partial refund for the unused portion.
  • No Refund:
    Once all scheduled services have been provided or if the student misses a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
